Let’s make more things that the husband won’t eat
Today, it was delicious water flavored with fiber and mint for dinner, with just a touch of olive oil.
When I was searching for red quinoa recipes, I happened upon this recipe in the LA Times from last year and thought wow, that is simple and delicious-sounding, so I made it. I had an English cucumber around and thought hey, more water and more fiber! Toss it in!
I did also make this quinoa lentil salad recipe over the weekend, too, but no pics. I used red quinoa.
